Zeyna Kafrouni, Esq. is the founder of Kafrouni Law, PLLC, a boutique regulatory defense firm representing Florida professionals and regulated businesses in matters before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
Before entering private practice, Ms. Kafrouni served for nearly seven years as a Senior Prosecutor in DBPR's Construction Unit, gaining firsthand experience in regulatory investigations, Administrative Complaints, and disciplinary proceedings.
Since entering private practice, Ms. Kafrouni has represented clients in a broad range of DBPR regulatory defense matters, including unlicensed activity investigations, electrical contractor licensing and discipline, alcohol and tobacco (ABT) enforcement, real estate licensing, brokers, community association management, and other professional licensing disputes.
Professional Background
She earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
