Who we are
Kafrouni Law PLLC is a Florida construction and administrative law firm dedicated exclusively to representing licensed contractors in regulatory, disciplinary, and licensing matters statewide.
The firm is led by its Principal Attorney, a former Senior Prosecutor with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), who handled hundreds of construction-related enforcement cases and managed complaints from investigation through final resolution.
Her experience on both sides of the regulatory process provides contractors with a distinct strategic advantage. She understands how enforcement decisions are made, how cases are evaluated, and how matters proceed through the administrative system — and uses that insight to protect her clients’ licenses, reputations, and livelihoods.
